We thrive when we have a routine, good or bad. One thing that this year taught us is to stop and take a breath. It’s hard to find a good side in all of this, but a lot of us managed to. Because we’re fighters. We learned that we have one Earth and we should treat her right and with respect. I’d be a liar if I said that I was able to manage my feelings; panic and anxiety are still with me. Nonetheless everyone of us learned something new. I learned that I’m not invincible. Il 2020 ci ha insegnato a fermarci. Guardare altrove, oltre le cose date per scontate. È difficile trovarne del buono eppure molti di noi, lottando, ci sono riusciti. Abbiamo imparato che la Terra ha bisogno di rispetto e che impegnandoci, possiamo uscire dal buio. Mentirei se dicessi di aver saputo gestire le emozioni, panico e ansia mi accompagnano ancora. Nonostante tutto abbiamo tutti guadagnato qualcosa. Io la consapevolezza di non essere invincibile. Sono soddisfatta di come ho deciso di affrontare la situazione, adattandomi al nuovo.
