“Humans are infinitely adaptable.”

When I look back at this year, I don’t want it to be clouded with negativity and regret. Even though it’s easy for me to feel as though I haven’t achieved much or completed all the things I wanted to do, I think I’ve learnt SO much this year. About myself, about the people around me, about my sport and my training. About the small things that make me happy like making my home comfortable, playing with my dog, or just taking time for me.
It’s been one big hell of a challenge, but it’s also been a year full of growth.
