MAZZY made one of her 11th birthday wishes come true yesterday. We dyed the two front pieces of her hair pink. We used Overtone “pink for brown hair.” No bleach. I had PTSD from the time we dyed her hair blue and the hot water stopped working in the middle, so I’m very happy to report that this go round was super easy and uneventful. The color shows way more than I was expecting which is good too. More importantly, MAZZY LOVES IT. I am happy she talked me into it. There is something really wonderful about seeing your daughter’s confidence shine when you let her make her own decisions about how she presents herself to the world. I am a fan of the pink, MAZZY! 💖
