After struggling with my bladder for so long, I’m finally starting to feel myself and I’m feeling so much healthier again.
My nutrition has completely transformed me, my body and how I feel. In today’s PT session @sophiehamshere went gently on me to get me back into the swing of things again with my fitness. We did a Bodyweight booty & abs session. Give it a go ❤️
