Tate Modern is currently exhibiting five paintings by Helen Frankenthaler generously loaned by the Helen Frankenthaler Foundation. Ranging in date from 1951 to 1977, the display includes “Vessel” (1961), a work recently gifted to the Tate by the Foundation. This marks the artist’s first extensive museum presentation in London since 1969. The show will be on view through November 2021.
