Day 10 of our 30 Days to Self Love Challenge Holiday Blues? Here’s what I’ve been doing leading up to the holidays & it’s helped me! 💕
Practice self-love: give back time into urself; do things like exercise, read a book, walk outdoors, or pick up and DANCE anywhere!
Practice gratitude: Try starting & ending ur day by saying one thing u are thankful for.
Practice community: Do not isolate urself. Spend time w supportive & caring ppl. Also don’t forget bout ur furry kids. They can join in the fun too
Practice rest: All of us are sleep deprived! Sleep more to feel better.
Taking care of urself first is the best gift u can give to others on ur list.
