According to San Francisco local and Mav’s charger, Matt Lopez (@younglopez1), who saw it firsthand: “[That was] one of the most amazing waves I’ve ever seen in my life. He had perfect positioning. It was feathering and he chipped in then came around to the bowl. It was insane.”
