Suffering a spinal stroke while training with the Royal Marines, Lt Cdr Pete Reed – one of Britain’s most decorated Olympians – has had his life changed beyond all recognition. But he refuses to be beaten, and in documenting his daily rehab on Instagram for all to see, has been one of the most inspiring presences in our lives over the last year.
