I was sooooo exhausted during my first trimester and my doctor said to only gain 2-4lbs total which was so hard! 😴💤 I wasn’t going to post this video at first because I am conscientious of the new fat deposits around my thighs from slowing down, but I figured every mama goes through this so why not share my changes as well!

My first trimester weekly exercise goals were to boost my mood, energy, and to connect to baby:

1. 40 min walks daily
2. 2 x 20-30 min resistance & weights training
3. A 60 min online yoga class

As we go back into self-isolation in LA it’s so important to maintain our movement, so I’ll be sharing where to take my pregnancy classes soon!
