Raise your hand if you’ve had carefree periods all your life and all of a sudden your uterus seems to be on a mission to kill you…???😳🥵

Ok so LET’S TALK ABOUT PERIODS! I don’t know what is going on but I have gone from super “lucky” ion the period department - no pain, no issues, nothing to talk about - to feeling so unbelievably emotional and moody and depressed around my period that I feel like the whole world is ending. Does it relate to having given birth? Is it something I’m eating? How do I fix it???

I have no clue so I’ve invited a period expert to join me on the podcast. Ask ALL your period related questions here or in my stories! What bothers you? What are you wondering about? What feels like it doesn’t make any sense? I’ve realized I know shockingly little about my own reproductive system and what actually goes on in my body in the different stages of my cycle.
