All done IN-CAMERA! We started the idea of using a reflective sequence shirt to help show motion blur with a red continuous light while using strobes and speed lights to stop in motion these three specific poses. Traditionally you could take multiple photos and combine them, but you would lose the motion look and feel, that’s why we shot all three poses in a 2.5 second single frame. It was a really fun mix of techniques and hands-on timing effects. I really encourage you to give it a try yourself!
