Workout List:
• Squats: I like to take a little pause at the bottom, make sure I tense the my muscles and go up. 4 sets x 12 reps.
• Side lunges: 3 sets x 12 reps.
• Curtsy lunge: 3 sets x 10 reps. (1 rep is two lunges back and forth ).
• Single leg elevated lunge: 3 sets x 12 reps per leg.
