How often have you heard someone say track your progress? Well, maybe it’s because there’s something to it!

The only way to make sure you are moving in the right direction (whether it’s for training or in life) you’ll need “checkpoints” that will objectively allow you to see where you are RIGHT NOW. Weights and reps are easy to track but what happens on the inside is harder to identify. I’ve used @pnoe_analytics for designing a program that challenges my breathing mechanics - not always going for broke, but deliberate training to improve my overall performance. There is nothing better than performing a test, train to get faster and stronger and then have a retest PROVE that you put in THE WORK.

I had asthma as a kid and my breathing volume (the air I breathe in during each breath) has been limited. I’ve learned to deal with it, but that doesn’t meant that I won’t try to make it better if I can! And I obviously can !

Identify your weaknesses, these are opportunities to get better so don’t run away from it!
