One thing everyday for a week. Seems like it can help bring up your mental state 😊 Day 1: Grateful for being able to go to rehearsals everyday. With the pandemic still controlling part of our lives, it’s been difficult for the musical theatre industry (and other industries too of course). Broadway is still on hold, but here in Japan we are slowly starting. Day 2: Grateful for being healthy! During my #StayHome days I’ve been doing a lot of biking and walking. It feels good to work out!! And today is Day 3: Grateful for being able to sing! I am now in rehearsals for IF/THEN. I’ve had days where I had to go to the recording studio after rehearsal, for a different gig. Last night after my IF/THEN rehearsal I went to rehearsal for this streaming concert I’m gonna be in on December 4th!! Crazy schedule!
