Stay at home indoors and watch the news?! Oh hell no. This mama needs some exercise and vitamin D. I may not move as quickly at 8 months pregnant but I’m showing up, for me, my baby and my overall health. We as humans benefit so much from connection, sun, exercise. Anyone who tells you to stay inside is preaching garbage. I’ve have been blessed with a extremely healthy pregnancy this far by trusting my intuition and taking care of my physical and mental health as much as possible.
