I am a fiend for learning new things,” says the 27-year-old, who is a proud Ngiyampaa and Wiradjuri (First Nations) woman.⁣ ⁣ “I draw a lot of strength and will from my ancestors,” explains Charlotte. “I wish people would learn about the history of the land that they are on and know whose land they are actually occupying, I wish people would listen to the First Nations people wherever they are, actively listen and act accordingly. We are extremely strong, resilient and courageous people.
