The term “adaptive” can really be used for any climber. Paradox Sports believes that a desire to try and a few good folx is all you really need to be considered a climber. For 10 years, we’ve worked to make exploration more accessible through our Explore Fund. We’re proud to be a small part of Paradox Sports’ story. Since 2011, we’ve partnered to support their mission of creating a more inclusive climbing culture where everyone is welcome. Our first grant supported scholarships for disabled individuals and their families to access often exclusionary experiences through Camp Paradox. Since then, we’ve continued to collaborate, recently launching the Adaptive Climbing Initiative which helps climbing gyms nationwide create spaces for all climbers.
