シグリッド・アグレンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (シグリッド・アグレンInstagram)「40 weeks..and still pregnant 😅 Our baby boy doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to make his entry into the world ( or he might just maybe be waiting for the end of lockdown 🤣 ) Never realized how long 9 months actually is, and these past few days I have definitely had to make an effort and consciously work on not getting too impatient, frustrated nor discouraged - didn’t always work, few of my friends got a « he’s never coming out😭 » text from me. I have learnt from experience though that trying to force things only gets in the way of the natural flow of life. When something doesn’t happen as you had imagined - I thought that at that point I’d already have given birth to our baby - all you can do is accept the situation and trust that whatever you’re experiencing and going through serves its purpose. Now I have surrendered and focus on making this waiting time as enjoyable as possible, so yesterday my day looked like that : a prenatal yoga class (thank you @yogaglo ), a swim in the ocean, a slice of cake with a cup of tea in the afternoon, some fun creative painting, one of my all time favorite feel good movies at night, Love Actually, and throughout the day lots of laughing with my love (probably the best remedy of all). Taking care of yourself when you feel a bit low isn’t only the best thing you can do for yourself and the ones around you, it’s also your responsibility. So never feel bad for it. And you, how do you take care of yourself ?
