It was a heart-warming experience to hear in their own words—and some were first-time voters— what it meant to exercise their 15th Amendment right.

Had we known more about this virus ahead of time, it's possible it could have been prevented." Tametria is a health-care worker. She says her partner of 30 years died from the COVID-19 virus.
