That's why you should always put butter or another saturated fat on your vegetables and have some adequate quality protein with them at the same time. If you think plant-based proteins will do it for you, watch out for phytates. You see, plant-based foods like grains always come with phytates—and phytates block your ability to absorb proteins and minerals.   For every gram of plant-based protein with phytic acid in it, you need another gram of animal-based protein to overcome the phytic acid resistance.    If you don't want to be hungry 👇🏼  - Make sure there’s enough fat in your foods. - Don't eat highly processed plant foods. - Eat a ton of veggies instead of grains.  If you want to push your hunger to the ends of the earth, try Bulletproof Coffee. Or at least try using Brain Octane Oil in your food because enough MCT oil can raise the ketone levels in your blood to the essential levels of 0.5. Now, that’s far below what you would hit on a multi-day keto diet. 0.5 is the level required to turn on CCK, your fullness hormone, and turn off ghrelin, your hunger hormone.  Even when I eat carbohydrates for dinner, if I drink a Bulletproof Coffee with enough Brain Octane Oil, I can get my levels to 0.5.
