HOW I MAKE A VEGGIE BURGER👇⁠
1. On an electric flattop skillet over medium heat (I did 300°-350°) add some EVOO or alt fat to coat the cooking surface. Add the patties (we used @beyondmeat) and season (I used @Flavorgod Seasonings pink Himalayan s+p, a little worcestershire sauce garlic powder and fresh thyme)⁠
2. Cook until bottom side is browning and crisping up, then flip and reseason the other side⁠
✨ Opntional: For the last couple minutes, add some cheese and cover to melt (I used blue cheese 🤤)⁠

CRISPY RANCH SWEET POTATOES👇⁠
1. Preheat oven to 400° and prep a baking sheet with foil⁠
2. Chop sweet potatoes into bite sizes and place on pan. Drizzle with enough EVOO or alt fat to cover most of the potatoes and season (I used @Flavorgod Seasonings ranch seasoning and pink Himalayan s+p, paprika and a little dried herb mix)⁠
3. Bake, flipping or stirring part way through, for 20 min or until potatoes look crispy and are fork tender⁠

This whole meal took less than 30 min and was delicious, filling and easy! I love keeping some veggies burgers on hand for easy, healthy meals.⁠

I served it over a bed of massaged kale.⁠
