友人であるインテリアデザイナー小市泰弘( DESIGN STUDIO SPIN 代表)が手掛けた、フォーシーズンズホテル ( 東京大手町) のフレンチレストラン” EST”, イタリアンレストラン” Pigneto”, そしてバー” Virtù”を見学に行って来ました。全体の構成は勿論の事、細部に渡ってこだわりまくった空間は圧巻です。写真はレストラン／バーに向かう導入部廊下。“ 食にまつわるライブラリー ” になっており独特な世界観に一気に引き込まれます。小市ちゃんおめでとう*\(^o^)/*。今度はゆっくりご飯食べに行くね〜

My friend, Yasuhiro Koichi( Principal of DESIGN STUDIO SPIN) designed the French restaurant "EST", the Italian restaurant "Pigneto", and the bar "Virtù" at the Four Seasons Hotel (Otemachi, Tokyo) and I had the opportunity to see all of them.
Every detail as well as the overall composition is meticulously considered and designed. The photo shown is the entrance area, a library of food. You will be drawn into a unique atmosphere and instantly be ready for the culinary journey.
