Just started to get back into campusing again. I was doing 1-5-8 just 3-weeks after my last ACL knee surgery, last year, when I was on crutches and I couldn’t put ANY weight on it! 😳
I can’t believe I felt so confident and strong enough then to know I wouldn’t fall! Definitely have some work to do to get that good at campusing again! 🤣
