Fisher Center for the Performing Arts at Bard College will be streaming a film of the "Four Quartets" world premiere, a dance performance based on T. S. Eliot’s modernist poem cycle, with stage design centered on paintings by Brice Marden. In conjunction, on Friday, October 30, at 7pm EDT, a livestreamed conversation will take place between Pam Tanowitz, who choreographed “Four Quartets,” and Alastair Macaulay, former dance critic at the “New York Times.” The talk will be followed by the virtual premiere of the film “There the Dance Is,” in which the performers discuss their behind-the-scenes experiences in staging this work.
