I got a quick history lessen from @robboe about this building. Actually, I’ve spoken to him about several archived, historic buildings in the city (this convo started with the sky bridge on Jay St awhile back). He said the flower shop building was on the #edwardhopper painting. I started to illustrate the full angle, but then I can’t display all the flowers, pumpkins and motion them. I have half of a pencil version of the building then stopped. I want to capture the Autumn season as much as I can before the season changes. Maybe one day, I’ll finish it. Also, if you google Nighthawks by Edward Hopper, or the shops address, you can see a layout of how pretty this building is.
