"To all my #influencer friends that have posted Birria Tacos, I have been wanting to try them and I couldn’t wait to try. Since I couldn’t find all the ingredients I made a dupe by using a taco skillet sauce. Please don’t judge, I know it’s not the real deal, this is was so good, I can only imagine how amazing traditional Birria taco must be."⁠

2.5 lbs Beef Chuck Roast⁠
1 tsp Fiesta Sweet & Tangy⁠
1 tsp Taco Tuesday seasoning⁠
1/2 an onion sliced⁠
2 garlic cloves⁠
2 packets Frontera Steak Taco Skillet⁠
Sauce⁠
1 cup of water⁠
A La Madre Tortillas⁠
Shredded cheese (mozzarella)⁠
Chopped onions and cilantro⁠

Cut the beef into smaller pieces, season and sear in an electric pressure cooker. Remove the beef and sauté the onions and garlic, return the beef and add the 2 packets of taco sauce and water. Pressure cook for 30 minutes and release naturally.⁠

To build the tacos, shred the beef (hack-use the electric mixer). Dip the tortilla into the sauce and fry up in a pan, add beef, cheese and fold. Dip the taco into the sauce and enjoy!⁠

Three hacks:⁠
1. I used Frontera Steak Taco Skillet Sauce⁠
2. Shred the beef in an electric mixer.⁠
3. Start the mixer on low, the meat is very hot and will splatter and can burn.⁠
