Mental Health is at the core of all physical and mental wellbeing. The world is a particularly challenging place right now, making #WorldMentalHealthDay particularly important. Some of my favourite ways to take care of my mental health are:

🚫 Saying no to draining people, diet culture and more than 60 minutes of social media a day
