I feel like what happens at these breakfasts is a perfect representation of the differences between my personality and Leah's.⁣ ⁣ Okay, let me explain... Leah comes to breakfast every week with a print out of her meal planning template and writes out every single meal she is going to eat that week, then she goes to the shops and buys all her ingredients so she can meal prep. ME, on the other hand... instead of planning everything out at the beginning of the week, I go to the shops most days. I actually just really love deciding what to eat on the day, so I'm happy to do it!
