Begin each week leading up to the election with art and a guided sound meditation. Taking place on Zoom on Sundays, October 4, 11, 18, and 25, Art & Sound begins with a close look at one artwork, setting our intentions around themes such as environmental justice and civic engagement. Then, sound therapy practitioner and musician @natemartinezsound hosts a sound bath, where participants are invited to relax and engage with meditation through the practice of deep listening. ⠀
