Skyline Drive delivers incredible sunrises and sunsets. Running 105 miles along the crest of the #BlueRidge #Mountains in #Shenandoah National Park, it takes about three hours to drive the park's entire length. Put windows down, smell the trees, stop at one of the 70+ overview stops, savor the beautiful #Virginia mountains and look for wildlife. As the seasons change, leaves will begin to show their #autumn tones. In the meantime, a peaceful scene can be the salve we need after a long week. One last thing-- in celebration of National Public Lands Day, Saturday, September 26th, is a fee free day.
