There’s so much information that needs to be known - but a little of what I gathered is - Breonna dated a drug dealer prior to this raid, but she had broken up and blocked his # MONTHS prior. They hadn’t spoken or seen each other since. The cops didn’t know this. The cops prior to the raid said she lived alone. They were wrong. She lived with her younger sister and god daughter THANK GOD THEY WERE SPENDING THE NIGHT ELSEWHERE THAT NIGHT. How do the cops not know this. The cops claim they kept yelling POLICE POLICE OPEN UP at their door. Breonnas boyfriend and about TEN OTHER WITNESSES SAID THEY HEARD NOTHING. Just loud banging. One man said he maybe heard them say POLICE only once. Her current boyfriend and Breonna heard the banging, assumed it was her ex, were TERRIFIED so he grabbed his gun. Without explanation, their door BURSTED open and he shot first out of self defense and trespassing. Had zero idea it was the police. These cops were ill advised. WRONG. Lacked all the proper information and training. It’s all so fucked. So fucked. And now no justice. I know some people will agree and some won’t. That’s just the way our country works. Division.
