Asking for a friend 😅 I’m sure things will never be “easy” but man... it’s physically and emotionally exhausting. I find myself not wanting to talk about it because I don’t want to seem ungrateful or like I’m complaining. You girls know how grateful I am for this little miracle ❤️ . I’ve been getting some DMs from other new moms saying things like, “I don’t know how you’re making it look so easy!!” etc... and I really don’t know what I’m sharing (or not sharing!) to make it seem like that - it hasn’t been easy, there have been lots of tears (also lots of love!!) and I think if anything I don’t share about all hard moments because 1. I don’t want my mom to worry (hi mom!! 😄❤️) it’s hard for her not to be here due to COVID. And 2. I don’t want a pity party or people to feel bad. Is that an ego thing? I don’t know. I’ve just always been a self-sufficient person, able to figure things out on my own and not need to ask for help. But new moms NEED help. . Tomorrow I also have to leave her for 8 hrs straight 😭 I have a shoot for the biggest project I’ve ever worked on/dreamt up/created... and it’s all for you girls!!! 😁🙌 I’m so so so excited, and excited for the shoot!
