After dealing with some major separation anxiety this past week we are finally back to happy! Her little hand-on-hip with that smile just kills me🥰⁣

So after a few weeks of super easy drop-offs at school she suddenly started panicking every morning😥 it escalated to her feeling uneasy whenever we left the room. Bed time suddenly got challenging along with every goodbye, and it made leaving her totally unbearable💔 We spent the weekend talking through every single day the night before, preparing her before every outing, explaining why and when things would happen, repeating our plans and listened to Daniel Tiger’s “Grownups Come Back” on repeat... And this morning she said goodbye, ran into school and didn’t even pause to look back. Let’s hope we are onto something and tomorrow will be easy, too.⁣
