It's easy to keep going back to your favourite type of protein, but why not try fresh seafood or meat-free alternatives like tofu or falafel?⁣ ✅  Eat fruit and vegetables that are in season where you live. I know many of us eat the same fresh produce all year round, because often it's available in supermarkets. But by doing some research and eating what's in season your fruit and vegetables will taste way better, and they're often cheaper too!⁣ ✅  Switch up the herbs and spices. This is one of the easiest and healthiest ways to add new flavours to your meals and it makes such a big difference! Next time you're doing a food shop, have a look in the herb section and pick something you haven't tried before.
