As many you know, this place holds many years of memories for me that dates back to when I was quite little. All weekend we watched closely as the fire continued to burn but seem to stay to the other side of us. Well, like we all have seen many times over, Mother Nature can have a different plan. So we packed up, took many pictures and continue to keep positive thoughts that our little family cabin will remain safe. I am so thankful to our wonderful, hardworking firefighters and the many amazing forestry men and woman who are continuing to fight the fight.
