Smoothie time! 🍌🍹☀️
Here’s an a healthy and lactosefree smoothie recipe that you can use for breakfast, as a snack or after training.
Blueberry- banana smoothie:

- Protein quark blueberry flavour (with 20g of protein and 100% natural)
- half a cup of oats
- a handful of spinach
- one (frozen) banana
- a handful of blue berries
- one glass of water/almond milk
(you can also add ice)
- mix it up
- extra topping: chia seeds
