got my first therapy session today & it feels so good to be open about this to my family, friends and you guys💜 Yup, you read that right. I know it’s a topic which doesn’t come by a lot but I think this is also a part of life which needs a highlight. Mental health is important! social media is not perfect, it doesn’t add to a realistic image of life. If you’re reading this and you need help, for whatever reason, ask for it.
