Happy September 1st everyone! 😀 Wishing you a great month filled with happiness and treats...yes?! 😃 I love stumbling upon food carts, ice cream trucks etc. There’s something sweet/nostalgic about it. Even though sometimes the pretzels is a bit dry...it’s still so good. And it’s always fun to get a popsicle or better yet...if they have a simple, traditional ice cream sandwich! That’s my favorite! 😍 It’s no where close to hand rolled traditional “laugenbrezel” you find at a German pub, or the gourmet flavored ones. Then there’s the artisanal ice cream placed between freshly baked chocolate cookies (perhaps using Valrhona chocolates) all I love and enjoy! But there’s something sweet about the traditional treats from cart vendors.
