My muscles and strength didn’t come easily at all, I started out pretty thin. Shortly after this I started going to group fitness classes and became a BodyAttack instructor. This led to CrossFit, which led to my love of Weightlifting! 🏋🏼‍♀️ As I evolved and learned over the years- health and fitness became more and more of a priority in my life. All of the decisions we make on the day to day add up either getting us closer to or further away from our goals. One decision I made that has really paid off was including @steadymd in my journey.
