My late father nicknamed her “The General.” Because when she’s leading, you want to follow. Tilane built @arraynow with me, brick by brick from the beginning. It was me, @tilanej and Mercedes Cooper for YEARS when we could barely afford the office rent. It’s grown as it has because of her leadership and her love for the mission. Any project I’ve directed, distributed, written or produced, she was there. I didn’t do it. We did it. And outside of work, she is beyond a best friend. She’s my sister.
