The unprecedented humanitarian crisis in Gaza (caused by over 10 years of Israeli blockade) has left an entire generation of Palestinian children in severe emotional and mental distress. From afar, it may feel like there’s nothing we can do to help. But there is. You and I — no matter who we are or where we live — can play a vital role in raising money to provide children in Gaza with life changing mental health care services. How? By taking part in the first ever nationwide @unrwausa virtual 5K walk/run + digital festival on Saturday September 12th. Given recents events in Lebanon, a portion of the proceeds will also be dedicated to an urgent relief fund for Palestinian refugees in Lebanon. And the best part?
