As most of you will know, mine were a bit iffy so I find myself trying extra hard to make Darcy's the very best they can be (and will do for Pearliepops too!) . We all know how easy it is for the days to fly by when we’re busy over the summer, so I’ve been trying out the @google Family Link app as a way of helping balance Darcy’s screen time with our mummy-doodles time. . I use Family Link’s time limit feature on my phone to set individual screen time limits for the apps on Darcy’s tablet – we’ve agreed on an hour each day for her favourite game– then when the time’s up, we use the alert as a helpful little reminder for us to take a break and do something together without our devices.
