"Indigenous Womxn Climb (IWXNC) is a community-led initiative aimed at increasing Indigenous representation in the outdoors, providing educational opportunities...and enhancing access for Indigenous youth and their families in the sport of rock climbing. At the foundation of IWXNC is the belief that Indigenous leadership is necessary in order to heal relations with the Land and Waters, and we hope to support and honor Indigenous place-based knowledge systems in how we contemplate, enact and explore the natural world."
