My take on sweet n sour (& spicy!) chicken. I don’t exactly have a sweet tooth

サラ流、初酢チキン。ポークより若干ヘルシーかなと思い。辛いものも好きなので唐辛子入り🌶 甘いもの・甘すぎるものは昔からあまり好きでなかったですね

Wonder why come summer my appetite increases. I do love the heat though. Rarely turn on the air conditioning at home. My throat’s sensitive too so can’t sleep with it on. But I do try to keep a room dry and cool as possible for my violin (and dare I say, equipment). Sooo humid in Tokyo! Can’t say I’m a big fan of humidity, but it’s definitely good for my throat. Nightmare for the instruments

「夏バテ」はあまり体験したことがない。むしろ、夏が1番お腹が空く。曲調からはたしかに冬のイメージがあると言われること多いですが、リアルサラは夏の暑さが大好き。寒いのは苦手です。エアコン基本つけません。喉が弱くて痛くなるので。ただヴァイオリン(と仲良くないが恐らく機材のためにも)、部屋を涼しくしようとしています。湿気にはなれないけど、喉には最適。楽器にとっては悪夢🎭
