Flight SNACKSSS: 🔹Any fruit with a peel that you can stick in your bag is always a yes in my book! 🔹@321glo collagen cookies are a MUST when traveling 😍 not only are they great snacks to have on had - they always work great as a late night snack to have on hand in hotel room! 🔹I alwayssss buy a water bottle at the airport so I don’t have to bug the flight attendant 8262517 times during the flight 😂 make sure to stay HYDRATED when you travel. (Plus, the trips to the bathroom keep the blood flowing through your legs during long flights 🙃) 🔹 I take my multi + probiotic pack daily at home and that doesn’t stop when I travel!
