Something I’ve been working on is eating my food slower and being more present during my meals. This allows me to have some extra time for myself & allows me to create a habit/ ritual for myself. When I was training I used to eat so fast because I was so hungry... Now I find when I eat slower (some days I forget 🙈) I find myself feeling more grateful & more calm. I also notice that when I don’t eat enough during the day I feel much more anxious. Does anyone else relate?
