コートニー・ハルヴァーソンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (コートニー・ハルヴァーソンInstagram)「I started watching Outlander in March, right at the beginning of staying at home. And since then, I’ve rationed out the episodes, only watching them while working out - a new journey that also started for me in March. Today I’m going to be watching the final episode of season 5 (no spoilers, please) and I’m feeling a bit emotional if I’m being honest. Maybe it’s because I thought things would be better by this time and that “there’s no way I’ll be home long enough to watch all of this”. And maybe it’s because it’s been a while since I’ve had a show really pull me in like this, probably because it felt like a real escape. Sure, I maybe rolled my eyes at a few cliché moments in the beginning, but since then I’ve also laughed, cried, flinched (everytime there’s a surgery scene, ugh), and held my breath through so many scenes. It made me both dream of going back to Scotland someday, and also lament the fact that they did not audition this particular American redhead for the role of Brianna because I would have had so much fun. I’m sad to be saying goodbye to the show today, and would love recommendations for something you think might feel the hole in my heart after. Perhaps Poldark? Let me know below. #outlander // As a note, because I feel this is important to mention if you have not seen the series, there is a decent amount of graphic content, particularly sexual assault. Please be cautious with watching if that is something that is triggering for you.」8月5日 3時30分 - prettylittlefawn
