🍆1-large eggplant /unpeeled /sliced in rounds 1/4-inch thick⁠
🍆6-zucchini / unpeeled /sliced in rounds 1/4-inch thick.(yellow and green)⁠
🍆1 - yellow onion / fine chopped⁠
🍆2 - portobello mushrooms / fine chop⁠
🍆1 cup - spinach⁠
🍆2/3-cup - olive oil⁠
🍆7 tbsp-Flavorgod Vegan Cheese Seasoning⁠
🍆1 tbsp - Flavorgod Himalayan pink salt.⁠
🍆2 tablespoon - minced garlic (6 cloves)⁠
🍆4-6 - (no boil) lasagna sheets⁠
🍆1/2 cup - chopped fresh basil leaves, lightly packed⁠
🍆4-6 cups - marinara sauce⁠

Directions:⁠
🔥Preheat the oven to 400°F.⁠
🔥sauté separately: zucchini and eggplant, making sure to add in tbsp of minced garlic along with dash of Flavorgod pink salt at the end.⁠
🔥saute chopped portobello mushrooms and chopped onions⁠
🔥Spread 1/2 cup of the marinara in a 9×13×2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle over marinara 2 tbsp Flavorgod vegan cheese seasoning. Arrange vegetables on top, then a layer of the noodles. Repeat, starting with the marinara. Spread the last 1 1/2 cups of marinara on top and sprinkle with more Flavorgod vegan cheese seasoning⁠
🔥cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes⁠
🔥remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!⁠
