Start the week off right with this delicious low carb / keto friendly meal!⁠
To serve 4 :⁠
7-8 cups of washed and chopped romaine lettuce.⁠
1 cup of chopped crispy bacon⁠
2 chicken breast cut lengthwise⁠
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese⁠
Homemade Cesar salad dressing⁠

For the chicken I cut lengthwise and seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder, I added butter and olive oil to a cast iron skillet and cooked for approximately 6 minutes each side. I then finish it in the oven at 400 for 15 minutes, and it’s absolutely perfect! Assemble salad and have some lemon wedges for garnish! Yours truly 🍒⁠
