Toast your bun (in a 150°C oven) Gently heat your frying pan and add your rapeseed oil - when you see smoke coming off the oil it's ready Season your burger with salt Pop in your burger and cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and repeat. Cook until your burger is 65°C inside (or firm and springy to the touch) You can top your burger however you wish, we like ours with cheese melted on top, onions, pickles and some secret sauce.
